Great grains are BACK!

No better way to start a Saturday than with a warm plate of pancakes. My favorite. Bob's Red Mill 9-grain mix is super easy, super delicious and so nutritious. Thanks, Bob! (I like mine plain. I eat it with my fingers. Too much?)

Fueled for a kick butt workout I did 30 minutes of steady state cardio on the step-mill followed by 45 mins of plyo-metric strength training. Done.

Spent the rest of the day happily shopping for sunny vacation clothes. I obviously NEED a cute pair of sandals and a beach appropriate dress.
