Action Plan 2012 - Day 19 (Journal Entry)
Took a very long, deep, needed nap after work. Had a hard time waking up and gathering the strength to head back in for my own workout. Subbing a cycle and strength class, Bike n' Buff for a friend. So fun! What a great group! We had an awesome workout and a great time together.Another big night out at a Blazers game. Came home hungry again and snacked on lean turkey slices and a cup of hot cocoa. Soothing and satisfy. Felt pretty darn good as I curled up in bed.
