Monday began with more of a whimper than a bang. I was in bed early but struggled to find sleep.  A bit sleepier than usual from the start my whole day felt a bit stuck under the covers.  Listening to my body, achy legs and drooping brows, I walked instead of ran and I gave myself a break instead of a beating.  Sometimes rest is just what you need.  It's possible this will be "one of those weeks"- just keeping up and never too far ahead.  I know my mind and body deserve (and need) a slower pace - and I know I'll be back in action in no time!
